TRAINING

Station User training is provided by OBS to insure that your user community is able to take full advantage of the features and applications made available by your new equipment.  

Training can be customized to omit training on certain features at your request, and includes an overview of use of the telephone instruments, available features, and any peripheral applications such as Voice Mail and Unified Messaging. 

OBS personnel will be available to answer questions on the first day of use, and the User Training Guides provided with every telephone will provide a continual training aid for your new and existing telephone users.


SERVICE


Monitored by internal policy and in combination with contractual agreements with our manufacturers OBS is ready to respond when you need us.  Proper parts inventory is maintained in the event of component failure and our service response system provides for the ability to dispatch service representatives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Under our Service Agreement, systems receive manufacturer specified service on major components, resulting in less unscheduled down time and extending the value of your investment. Additionally, replacement parts and labor for their replacement are included under the terms of the agreement.

At OBS, our Service Programs allow for a customized service offering based upon the requirements of client defined parameters.
